Ingredients

  • 1 TSBP Olive Oil
  • 1 Lb Johnsonville Sausage
  • 2 Loaves Focaccia Bread Cut Into 1 Inch Cubes
  • 3 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 1 TSP Coarse Ground Pepper
  • 1 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Small Diced Green Pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Sun Dried Tomatoes
  • 5 Leaves Chopped Basil
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Pimiento Stuffed Olives
  • 2 Cloves Minced Garlic
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 Cup Wine Or Water

Directions

  • Cook Until No Longer Pink
  • Grease Pan
  • Bake The Bread Cubes at 350F for Ten Minutes Stirring Once
  • Mix The Sausage and the Bread
  • Grease Dish With Butter
  • Dot with 1/2 cup cubed butter
  • Bake at 350 F for 35 - 40 minutes uncovered
